1.1 Web Accessibility Guidelines.
The Esenttia website is designed so that stakeholders can access its content without difficulties, complying with the accessibility criteria established in Resolution 1519 of 2020 of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies. Below, you will find a document that explains in detail how these requirements are met.
2.1 Top Bar (GOV.CO).
In compliance with Resolution 1519 of 2020 (Annex 2), it is specified that the obligation to install a top bar with access to the Colombian State Portal (GOV.CO), described in section 2.1.1, does not apply to Mixed Economy Companies, according to the technical exception established in the same regulation.
Consequently, Esenttia S.A., as a mixed economy company and within the framework of autonomy in its digital identity provided for in section 2.1.2 of said annex, maintains its independent web architecture. This provision ensures that, although the entity does not require the integration of said bar, it fully guarantees access to information and transparency standards required by law.
2.2 Footer or Page Footer.
In the footer or page footer you will find the following information published: (a.) Image of the Colombian State Portal and the CO - Colombia country brand logo, (b.) Entity name, (c.) Link to social media, to be redirected in the respective buttons; contact information (a.) Switchboard phone, (b.) Free line or citizen/user service line, (d.) Physical and electronic channels for public attention, (e.) Judicial notifications email, (g.) link to reference the policies mentioned in section 2.3 minimum policy requirements and legal compliance (Terms and conditions, Privacy policy and personal data processing, Copyright policy and/or authorization for use of content and other applicable policies in accordance with current regulations).
f. Anti-corruption line.
Esenttia S.A. provides the anti-corruption line that allows citizens to report any event that may be contrary to the ethical standards and legal regulations applicable to the entity, in a confidential manner.

3.1. Higher Purpose, Functions and Duties.
a) Higher Purpose
Esenttia S.A., as a mixed economy company, does not exercise administrative functions and is not subject to the administrative planning regime of Law 489 of 1998 and the National Planning System. Consequently, the definition of mission and vision constitutes a corporate and corporate governance decision, not a public legal obligation.

b). Functions and Duties

For (4.1.7) Personnel by Position and Salary Scales, as established in Article 74 of Law 1474 of 2011, mixed economy companies are exempt from publishing information related to their investment projects, given the competitive conditions in which they develop their commercial activity.
Regarding (4.1.8) Manuals of Procedures, Functions and Benefits, Esenttia S.A., as a mixed economy company of a commercial nature, is not required to publish this information under the terms of Articles 74 and 77 of Law 1474 of 2011.
For (4.1.9) Collective Agreements, Esenttia S.A. does not have collective agreements registered with the Ministry of Labor, as its workforce is made up of employees hired under the Colombian Labor Code.

5.1. Annual Procurement Plan

5.2. Publication of Contractual Information
In compliance with the principles of transparency and access to public information, Esenttia S.A. facilitates consultation of its (5.2) Contractual Information. Through the following link, interested parties can access detailed data about our procurement processes, suppliers, and execution
5.3 Publication of Contract Execution
Esenttia S.A. publishes its contractual information on the SECOP II platform. To consult execution details such as (5.3.1) start and end dates and (5.3.2) contract value, interested parties must follow these steps on the SECOP II link:

5.4 Payment Management
Esenttia S.A. has payment management in accordance with the provisions of Article 60 of Law 1150 of 2007, so that suppliers can verify the status of their payments through the following link:

In compliance with Article 3 of Decree 2420 of 2015, Esenttia S.A. facilitates access to the Register of Interested Parties, where suppliers can register to participate in procurement processes:

Esenttia S.A. is a mixed economy company of a commercial nature. In accordance with this nature, Article 461 of the Commercial Code states that: "Mixed economy companies are subject to the rules of private law and ordinary jurisdiction (...)".
Therefore, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 74 and 77 of Law 1474 of 2011, it is specified that mixed economy companies are exempt from publishing information related to their investment projects, given the competitive conditions in which they develop their commercial activity.
6.2. Budget Execution

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 74 and 77 of Law 1474 of 2011, mixed economy companies are exempt from publishing information related to their investment projects.
6.3. Action Plan

Because Esenttia S.A. is a mixed economy company and in accordance with the provision of paragraph of Article 74 of Law 1474 of 2011, "state industrial and commercial companies and Mixed Economy Companies shall be exempt from publishing information related to their investment projects".
6.4. Investment Projects
Esenttia S.A., as a mixed economy company, is not required to publish information related to investment projects, in accordance with Articles 74 and 77 of Law 1474 of 2011.

7.1 Procedures
Those obligated by Law 1712 of 2014 must publish the services/procedures they provide directly to the public. However, if the Company does not have these procedures or services, this information should not be published.
Additionally, it is informed that Article 1 of Law 962 of 2005 establishes that public authorities may not, in principle, establish procedures, requirements, or permits for the exercise of activities, rights, or fulfillment of obligations, unless they are expressly authorized by law. In this regard, it is informed that Esenttia S.A. does not have procedures or services for citizens established by Law that must be registered in the Single Information System of Procedures - SUIT.

Esenttia complies with the provisions of Law 1712 of 2014 and Resolution 1519 of 2020 through the publication of the Index of Classified and Reserved Information, which is available at the attached link.

This index contains, for each classified or reserved information, the identification of the category and type of information, language, conservation medium and/or support, generation date, responsible parties for the production and custody of the information, as well as the legitimate purpose of the exception, its constitutional and legal basis, the specific legal basis, the scope of the exception (total or partial) and the classification or reservation period.

15.1 Annex 3. Digital Security Conditions
In response to the following points: a) The entity has implemented a digital security and information security policy, in accordance with Article 6 and Annex 3 of Resolution MinTIC 1591 of 2020 and b) Has the entity adopted the Information Security and Privacy Model (MSPI), recommended by the Digital Government Directorate of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies?, it is informed that the certificate through which compliance with the digital security and information security policy is assured can be found at this link. For exclusive purposes of the Attorney General's Office, the link or URL corresponding to the folder (virtual drive-type repository) where the documentation associated with said policy is hosted is provided, in compliance with the provisions of Annex 3 of Security, applicable to all obligated parties referred to in Article 5 of Law 1712 of 2014.
The link will allow access to information prior to request and access authentication by the Attorney General's Office.
In response to point c): in case the entity has suffered any information security incident in the last year, has it communicated the incidents to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce and, in case they are serious or very serious, to the Government's Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)?, it is informed that during the last year, Esenttia S.A. has not presented security incidents that require notification to the aforementioned entities.
In response to point d): procedures implemented for the prevention of technological risks, Esenttia S.A. has implemented procedures for the prevention of technological risks that include:
