Direct credit with Esenttia
At Esenttia we offer our clients the option of accessing credit for the purchase of raw materials. The credit study will be based on knowledge of the client and their activity, additionally seeking to understand their business through an analysis of the financial and commercial situation, aiming to be a strategic ally for the profitable growth of our clients.
Credit documentation process
If you want to access credit with Esenttia, you must have the following documentation available, which you can submit through our portal by entering virtual credit application.
- Chamber of commerce certificate issued no more than 15 days ago
- Two commercial references issued no more than 30 days ago
- Two bank references issued no more than 30 days ago
- Financial statements from the last two years with their corresponding annexes and notes, duly signed by the legal representative and certified public accountant and/or statutory auditor.
- Partial financial statements if your application is submitted after the month of June, duly signed by the legal representative and certified public accountant and/or statutory auditor.
Income tax return for the last year.
- Registration/incorporation certificate issued no more than 15 days ago
- Copy of incorporation articles (varies by country)
- Identification / number / tax or fiscal registration.
- Financial statements from the last two years with their corresponding annexes and notes, duly signed by the legal representative and certified public accountant and/or statutory auditor
- Partial financial statements if your application is submitted after the month of June, duly signed by the legal representative and certified public accountant and/or statutory auditor
- Income tax return for the last year.
Partnerships with financial institutions
At Esenttia we boost your growth with attractive financing alternatives and flexible terms. Through our banking partnerships, we offer the Invoice Triangulation scheme, a low financial cost solution that allows you to settle your invoices using credit lines with our partner banks, thus granting you greater liquidity through extended payment terms.

If you are outside Colombian territory, we have strategic partners such as Bancoldex for the invoice triangulation option with your local bank (Subject to agreements previously authorized by this entity).
Important
- Approval of triangulation credit lines is subject to each entity's internal policies. Please note that response time will depend on the financial institution and on the required documentation being complete to initiate the process.

Payment Methods
We offer you different alternatives to facilitate the payment of your invoices and orders. Here you can check the available channels and the requirements needed to carry out your transactions securely, both in Colombia and abroad
Payments through our portal
Pay quickly by entering your order or invoice number on Paga fácil PSE. If you prefer, access your account with username and password here.
Collection agreements
We have online collection agreements making deposits at Bancolombia and Banco de Bogotá branches. For your payment to be received, you need to identify the account or agreement number, your NIT (registered client) and the invoice or order number to be paid.

Our international collections are made in partnership with J.P. Morgan bank. For your convenience, payments are made by bank transfer, always indicating the corresponding security codes.

- Registration: make sure you are previously registered as our client.
- Your invoices: each payment must be associated with a specific invoice or order.
