Individual Person Must have a 4-digit password which is the same as the debit card. For this, they must request the card from an advisor at a physical bank branch. Once the client has this password, they can access the Virtual Branch for Individuals or the Telephone Branch to assign themselves a second password through the corresponding menus. This password will be temporarily inactive until they contact an advisor on the line to ask them to activate the Second Password. The advisor will ask some questions and then the password will become active. Legal Entity As a legal entity, companies that need to use PSE must register with a bank advisor for the Virtual Branch for Companies. This can be obtained through a branch, with the account manager, or by requesting an advisor visit to the company. This person will provide the access passwords.
The PSE System (Electronic Service Provider) is a centralized and standardized system developed by ACH COLOMBIA, which is offered by Esenttia to its clients through its Internet page. Said PSE system was contracted by Esenttia to offer our clients invoice and order payment with online application, debiting funds from their accounts after a validation process which has high security levels.
Individual Person They only need to have a debit card, since upon arriving at the page it requests the password and some card data; there are established daily limits that add up the use of all electronic channels, which are registered in PSE. Legal Entity For a legal entity to make PSE payments, it is necessary to have completed the registration process for the Bank's Corporate and Business Portal, and have a package that allows monetary transactions. The amounts depend on the limits the client has established on the portal for transfers and payments, and on the available balance, provided it does not exceed the limit registered in the PSE system. The phone numbers our clients can call to verify requirements and limits are: 3820000 and 6079006.
In order to make payments through PSE, you must register on the PSE portal and follow the instructions.
When you make payments for your invoices, our clients' account statement is updated online, meaning that once you make the PSE payment on the page, you can check your account statement again and it will show the applied payment. When you make payment for your orders, they are authorized online, streamlining the delivery process. Through PSE, you can make payments toward your orders or invoices, modifying the amount to be paid. PSE generates an immediate receipt of your payment and indicates whether it was successful or not.
You must access the client portal with your username and password (if you don't know your username and password, please contact us at the email servicioalcliente@esenttia.co). Once inside the client portal, you must go to the financial services section and click on the Account Statement menu.
For queries related to the account statement and other matters related to credit and portfolio, you must write to carteranacional@esenttia.co (For clients in Colombia) and carteraexterior@esenttia.co (For clients outside Colombia).

Esenttia defined the Quality Policy based on the mission and consists of the following commitments: First Commitment: Carry out all our activities by continuously improving our processes to guarantee permanent satisfaction of our clients. Second Commitment: Develop our personnel within a work environment that facilitates the performance of their activities and promotes their health. Third Commitment: Industrial Safety takes precedence over all our actions. Fourth Commitment: We are committed to environmental preservation. Fifth Commitment: Comply with legal and voluntary commitments associated with the business. Sixth Commitment: Provide Esenttia shareholders with the expected return.
Since the beginning of the QMS, the policy was disseminated throughout the organization through meetings and training. Currently, our Quality Policy is displayed in frames and murals within the organization and when there are changes, it is disseminated in special meetings for that purpose and records are corrected.
The specific responsibility for process activities is defined and communicated through the support documents of each process. In the organization's Process Map, the processes necessary for the QMS are identified as follows: - Management Processes: those that provide guidelines and controls for other processes, and through which the maintenance and improvement of QMS processes is achieved. - Product Realization Processes: Those processes necessary for product realization that add value to it. - Support Processes: Administer and provide resources to support product realization processes. Within each of these three divisions, the processes necessary for carrying out activities were defined, these processes are: Management, Measurement Analysis and Improvement, Sales, Development, Production, Quality Control, Delivery, Purchases, Maintenance, Human Resources, Projects, and for each of them their responsible parties are defined. The interrelationship of personnel activities is established in the Personnel Interrelationship Matrix between Processes and the Infrastructure-Processes Interrelationship Matrix.
Esenttia has a Quality Management System certified by ICONTEC since 1995 with Certificate No.028. Our system covers the development, manufacturing, marketing, and delivery of Polypropylene Homopolymer Resins, Random Copolymers, and Impact Copolymers. It has been defined taking into account the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001 Standard, except for the validation of production and service delivery processes since the resulting products are verified through tracking and measurement activities before delivery.
The Quality System is reviewed (1) once per month and eventually every two months when plant activities require it and the system status allows it. The QMS review is conducted by the MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, composed of the President and all Process Responsible parties. During the meeting, the following aspects are considered: - Review the effectiveness of the System based on the following information: a. Customer satisfaction according to survey data and complaint statistics. b. Internal and external audits of the Quality Management System. c. Process measurements. d. Product measurements. e. Non-conforming products. f. Corrective actions. g. Preventive actions. - Review and adjust the Quality Policy. - Verify compliance with actions taken in previous reviews. - Establish and/or review general objectives. - Ensure resource availability when they are not considered in the general budget or project budgets. - Implement modifications considered in processes to improve performance and make the Quality Management System more effective.
Esenttia has a current Quality Manual, which addresses all requirements of the NTC ISO 9001 Standard. This Manual is accessible to the entire organization as it is available on the Quality Information System - Documentation Software.
*Document and record control: The documentation structure as well as the control for preparation, review, approval, modification, and distribution is clearly defined in Procedure "VO-P-001 Document and Record Control". *Internal Audit: Esenttia establishes a procedure called internal audits "VO-P-031" where the responsibilities and requirements for planning and conducting audits are defined, as well as reporting results and maintaining records that allow evaluating the effectiveness of Management Systems. This procedure defines the details for planning, execution, reporting, and the follow-up activities that must be considered before, during, and after audits, including aspects for auditor qualification. *Corrective and Preventive Actions: Esenttia through the Procedure FOR HANDLING NON-CONFORMITIES, PREVENTIVE ACTIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS "VO-P-032" seeks to ensure that actual or potential Non-Conformities found in Management Systems are corrected or mitigated quickly and effectively, and that their causes are eliminated within the organization's technical and economic possibilities to prevent recurrence or occurrence, thus continuously improving Management Systems so they are tools that help minimize risks to quality, occupational health, safety, and environment and BASC.
The VO-P-031 procedure for Internal Audits defines the responsibilities and requirements for planning and conducting audits, as well as reporting results and maintaining records that allow evaluating the effectiveness of Management Systems. Annually, the Audit Manager develops the audit program, where the following are established: - General objective - Specific objectives - Audit criteria - Scope related to objectives - Previous audit results - Environmental or quality importance - Stakeholder concerns - Significant changes in the Organization or its operations. All mentioned aspects are taken into account for the development of Management System audits.
Esenttia has a group of qualified internal auditors, who are selected by the Audit Manager. Personnel who are part of the audit group must have the following characteristics: - Personal aptitudes - Capabilities - Experience within the company. - Training: Knowledge of systems to be audited - Audit experience. The entire audit team is competent in Quality, Environment, and BASC to conduct audits in all Systems, and their competence is maintained through training and participation in external audit activities. Each auditor is evaluated by the auditee and self-evaluates after each cycle. Based on these evaluations, improvement actions are taken.
The application of procedure VO-P-032 for Handling Non-Conformities, Preventive Actions, and Corrective Actions ensures that actual or potential Non-Conformities found in Management Systems are corrected or mitigated quickly and effectively, and that their causes are eliminated within the organization's technical and economic possibilities to prevent recurrence or occurrence, also continuously improving Management Systems so they are tools that help minimize risks to quality, occupational health, safety, and environment and BASC. If changes are generated in an activity due to a preventive or corrective action, the document describing it must be modified according to procedure VO-P-001 (Document and Record Control), and to verify said change, the internal audit mechanism for QMS, EMS, and BASC is used.
The Sales process determines and reviews client requirements while maintaining permanent communication with them and conveying the same to the involved processes. Any change in orders is recorded in the SAP system that the organization has.
Esenttia has established that to measure customer satisfaction and evaluate their perception regarding compliance with requirements, a survey is prepared that includes the established requirements, thus allowing new expectations to be captured. The survey format includes methods for obtaining and evaluating said information. Permanently, compliance with requirements is tracked through complaint handling, whose methodology is defined in procedure VO-P-052 "Product Quality Committee and Complaint Handling", whose objective is to establish how customer complaints should be handled in order to provide a timely response that satisfies their needs.
A product is considered non-conforming when it does not meet at least one of the properties established in the Product Definition Sheet (POD). The activities for handling a non-conforming product are evidenced in document "VO-P-013, Non-conforming Product Control", whose objective is to establish a mechanism for identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming product.
Esenttia S.A. plans product manufacturing under the following controlled conditions, so that the product meets established specifications and the plant operates efficiently: a. Availability of a production program that establishes the product reference, date, and required quantity; prepared under the responsibility of the Operations Vice President based on information provided by sales. b. Availability of product specifications, operating instructions, and documented procedures. c. Availability of appropriate equipment for manufacturing, measurement, and testing under a metrological assurance program that guarantees the validity of results for process tracking and measurement. d. Availability of Raw Materials and release activities for raw materials, final product, and product delivery according to client requirements. e. Tracking, measurement, and control during product manufacturing and delivery.
It is Esenttia S.A.'s policy to reject non-conforming raw material. The person responsible for identifying and recording non-conforming raw material is the Warehouse Receiver. All activities and responsibilities related to non-conforming raw materials, including identification, recording, notification to interested sections, and disposition of non-conforming raw materials, are clearly defined in procedure VO-P-009 (Reception, Testing, Acceptance, and Storage of Raw Materials).
Esenttia S.A. ensures tracking and control of all process stages as established in procedures VO-P-010 (In-Process Product Inspection and Testing) and VO-P-011 (Final Product Inspection and Testing). Once the final product is analyzed, it is classified according to its quality and assigned as established in procedure ST-P-004 Finished Product Assignment.
The person responsible for deciding if raw material is non-conforming is the Quality Management Manager, who compares the Quality certificate issued by the supplier with the established specifications. If the specifications are not met, the Warehouse Department Manager is informed about the event and the final disposition of this raw material.
Yes, the guidelines given in Procedures: SP-P-010 "Process Control" are followed. And those defined in Standard Operating Procedures. For each of the operations that may significantly affect the production process operation, standard operating procedures have been defined, which describe, step by step, how an operation should be executed by those responsible for it. These must be taken into account when performing the operation.
In procedure SP-P-010 for process control, the process variables to be controlled and the frequency with which each must be measured are identified, as well as the format in which they must be recorded. All process records are Quality records and are controlled as established in procedure VO-P-001 "Document and Record Control".
Esenttia has certified weights for scale and balance calibration, certified thermometers for temperature measuring equipment calibration, and certified dead weight for manometer calibration. It also has contracts with special equipment suppliers for their calibration and certification.
Laboratory equipment is considered critical due to its use in Process Control and demonstrating product conformity. For these reasons, these equipment are calibrated at a high frequency to ensure measurement reliability. The calibration results of each equipment are statistically processed using a technique called Zone Control Charts, identifying the calibration state, measurement variability, equipment fitness for use, and when corrective actions should be taken, which are specific to each equipment. For plant equipment, these are identified with a metrological label showing the calibration date and validity.
Control of Measurement and Control Equipment: The measurement equipment located in the plant is used to monitor process variables and their results are taken as a reference measure that allows better supervision of the process. These equipment are maintained in a permanent calibration program and the person responsible for administering it is the Instrumentation Manager. All activities related to Metrological Assurance of Equipment are described in the following procedures: a. LC-P-500 for Laboratory Equipment and scales. b. MI-P-005 for Plant equipment.
Esenttia S.A. with the help of the Maintenance department guarantees the availability and reliability of all equipment used in the company's productive process. This is achieved by carrying out Preventive, Scheduled, Predictive, and Proactive maintenance programs, with the support of internal and external technical groups who are prepared and competent to carry out all activities of the aforementioned programs. The preventive maintenance program allows detecting repetitive failures in equipment, preventing incidents before they occur. Preventive maintenance tasks include actions such as replacing worn parts, changing oils, etc.
Yes. Esenttia has a procedure for predictive maintenance "PC-P-013" which presents the guidelines to follow in the development of Predictive Maintenance of plant rotating equipment. This technique allows through a systematic method programmed in sampling, recording, and analysis of variables that determine the machine's condition, to monitor the equipment condition trend and predict possible damages before they occur. Such variables can be vibration levels, temperature, pressure, speed, noise, lubrication condition, etc. This activity is performed while the machine is under operating conditions, providing early information of maximum permissible limits previously established for safe operation.
The PR-P-002 procedure for making purchases describes and assigns responsibilities for purchases at Esenttia S.A., according to the types of purchases made. It also establishes guidelines for approval, supplier selection, and purchase or contract execution. At Esenttia S.A., different types of purchases are made: - Raw Material Purchase - Spare Parts, Consumables, and General Supplies Purchases - Service Purchase.
The VO-P-005 procedure (Supplier Evaluation) establishes all records associated with supplier evaluation and selection. This procedure establishes a mechanism for evaluating new and existing suppliers and determines the capabilities they must possess to meet Esenttia S.A.'s requirements. Annually, those suppliers from whom Esenttia S.A. purchased raw materials in the last year are evaluated, in order to prevent failures and guarantee that the supplier continues to supply a good product and service.
The VO-P-009 procedure shows the mechanism for receiving, accepting, and storing raw materials at Esenttia S.A., where three modalities for receiving raw materials are established: a. Dock receipt: This modality is used for receiving Propylene and Ethylene that come on ships. b. Pipeline receipt: This modality is for receiving Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and national monomers. c. Warehouse receipt: This modality applies for Reaction catalysts, packaging material, and additives used in the Pelletizing system. To ensure safe handling of substances, procedure VO-P-034 Reception, Handling, Storage, and Transportation of Chemical Substances must be followed. Each mentioned modality describes the procedure for the respective review and inspection.
VO-P-009 defines that once approved, raw material is transported to its storage site, generally through the use of forklifts. Raw material is stored in specific sites considering its characteristics and according to the technical sheet of each. Esenttia S.A. handles and stores raw material in adequate sites and under adequate conditions to ensure that its quality is not affected.
Identification of raw materials and finished product is done as established in procedure VO-P-008 Product Identification and Traceability, whose objective is to define the identification system for polypropylenes throughout product realization to carry out tracking, measurement, and traceability.
Esenttia S.A. establishes in procedure TR-P-015 for Finished Product Storage the parameters for storing finished product in different types of packaging. The choice of site for storing finished product is made following the instructions of the Warehouse Coordinator or Warehouse Dispatcher, who previously know the most convenient sites for the product (Warehouse or yards).
For finished product storage, Esenttia S.A. has two storage sites: closed warehouses and an open field site where lots are covered with plastic to protect them. Studies have shown that the environmental conditions of both storage sites do not affect product quality. However, Esenttia S.A. through Warehouse Dispatchers during product dispatch performs a visual inspection of packaging condition. Esenttia S.A. handles and stores raw material in adequate sites and under conditions recommended by manufacturers to ensure that their quality is not affected.
Esenttia S.A. has established guidelines to ensure timely delivery of finished products. For maritime dispatch, the Foreign Trade Manager is responsible for securing ships on lines that ensure product quality preservation during transport. For land transport, bulk dispatch in a dump truck is included, as well as dispatches in trucks of packaged product in any of the packaging modalities. Product can also be dispatched in bulk in containers by sea or land. The person responsible for dispatch logistics is the Traffic Department, which is established in procedure TR-P-009 (Traffic Procedure for National and Export Dispatches). The objective of this is to establish guidelines for finished product dispatch operation, adopting all necessary measures to preserve product quality, protect the environment, and prevent drug trafficking, contraband, and terrorism.
All activities related to training and education are defined in procedure VO-P-060 (General Procedure for Training and Education), which includes the description of records used.
Annually, the Knowledge Management and Communications Coordinator together with each superintendency determines training needs aimed at providing tools for better job performance. Based on this information and resource availability, a general training program is developed, and this person is responsible for coordinating its execution and following up periodically.
Esenttia has an Induction and Training program for each area of the organization, which establishes guidelines for each training, the responsible parties and intensity of each topic, depending on the work to be performed. This information is detailed in Procedure VO-P-003 for Induction and Training of New Employees.
Yes, Esenttia has defined a responsible Manager for each area and process of the company and what positions report to them corresponding to personnel acting under their responsibility. These command lines are reflected in the organization's organizational chart. Each manager must ensure the good performance of personnel under their responsibility and maintain a work pace that helps meet established goals.
To satisfy client needs, Esenttia S.A. determines the requirements specified by the client, reviews requirements related to the product, assigns responsibilities to review, verify, and modify order requests to ensure it has the capacity to satisfy them, and communicates effectively with them through the Sales process. To facilitate the purchase of our products by domestic and international market clients and to ensure continuous and close contact with them, Esenttia S.A. has distributed clients into groups according to their size in the domestic market and has assigned a commercial responsible and a technical responsible; it has also made a distribution of clients according to countries in the international market and has designated a commercial responsible and a technical responsible through whom it channels and responds to all their needs.
Modifications to orders, regarding product type, quantity, and shipping date are recorded in SAP where it is identified who makes the change and the changes made. For receiving and responding to Laboratory requests and Complaint Handling, it can be done through direct contact with Sales Representatives, R&D engineers, and customer service assistants, through client visits, phone contact, email, memos, fax, although Esenttia prefers that clients fill out their requirements on the website www.esenttia.com that has been made available for that purpose.

Plastic, like any other material that is not disposed of properly, can pollute. For this reason, we all have the responsibility to prevent plastic waste from reaching terrestrial or aquatic ecosystems by separating it at the source and delivering it to waste pickers, who are responsible for giving it a new useful life.
You can contact us through the different mechanisms we have available: Social Media or the corporate email corporativo@esenttia.co
Very easy, you just need to separate waste at the source in your home and deliver the recyclable waste to your nearest waste picker. If you don't have one, you can deliver it to the Cartagena Amigable Collection Center.
Esenttia has recovered since 2013 to date, more than 630 thousand kilograms of recycled plastic in the different furnishings donated to the city of Cartagena.
Recycled plastic is generated after the recovery and transformation of products made from plastic materials, which can be post-consumer (waste generated after fulfilling its purpose) or post-industrial (waste generated in the production process).
It is a process that seeks to maximize the use of plastic waste at all levels of its utilization, from raw material production to its final disposal. Plastic Cycle Closing allows for the reintroduction of plastic waste into the productive cycle through proper management, recovery, and processing.
Esenttia contributes to the Circular Economy through different actions that seek to improve the quality of life of humanity through the responsible use of plastic. This is why, since 2013, it has been working on high social impact corporate responsibility actions for Cartagena with a Circular Economy approach, through closing the plastic cycle.
